ABOUT OUR PRACTICE Multi-location Ambulatory Surgery Centers High-volume podiatric, vascular, and limb-preservation procedures Collaborative environment between surgeons, anesthesia, nursing, and leadership Strong focus on quality, efficiency, and patient outcomes Forward-thinking leadership with continued growth and expansion POSITION SUMMARY The Surgical Technologist will assist surgeons and the OR team by preparing the operating room, maintaining a sterile field, anticipating surgeon needs, and ensuring safe, efficient surgical flow from case start to close. Requirements KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare operating rooms with appropriate instruments, supplies, and equipment Maintain strict sterile technique throughout procedures Anticipate surgeon needs and pass instruments efficiently Assist with podiatric, orthopedic, vascular, and interventional procedures Handle instruments, sutures, implants, and surgical equipment Perform surgical counts with circulator Assist with patient positioning and prep Support room turnover and case efficiency Follow all ASC policies, safety standards, and infection-control protocols REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program CST certification preferred (or eligible) Minimum 1–2 years ASC or OR experience (preferred) Experience with podiatry, orthopedic, or vascular cases is a strong plus Strong knowledge of sterile technique and OR workflows Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment IDEAL CANDIDATE Takes pride in precision and preparation Thrives in a high-expectation surgical environment Communicates well with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia Understands the importance of efficiency, safety, and teamwork Wants to grow with a practice, not just clock in and out WHAT WE OFFER Competitive compensation (based on experience) Consistent ASC schedule (no overnight hospital chaos) Supportive leadership and clear expectations Opportunity to work with advanced surgical and vascular cases Stable, growing organization with long-term vision Professional respect, your role is valued here
