This territory is already producing strong results with a solid existing pipeline. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $70,000 Total Comp @ Plan: $175,000–$225,000 Top Performers (Top 25%): $350,000+ Company vehicle + full expenses Full benefits package Candidate Profile Requirements Must Haves: 3+ years of surgical sales experience Capital equipment experience (preferred but not required) OR experience and comfort covering cases Knowledge of AZ and CO hospital systems 4-year college degree Role Responsibilities Sell capital imaging systems and surgical disposables Call on surgeons, OR teams, hospitals, surgery centers, physician practices Cover surgeries/cases where products are used Identify new business opportunities across a multi-state region Follow up post-implementation to drive utilization Manage a large installed base and expand market presence
