Responsibilities
  • Scheduling surgeries, tests and liaising with surgeons and facilities to ensure a smooth booking process
  • Providing information regarding pre-operative consent forms, post-operative care steps and schedule
  • Updating the appointment program (CRM) and reviewing surgeon’s charts to ensure all special equipment and resources are available at the surgery facility
  • Explaining the surgery price, testing, treatment and outcomes to the patient
  • Responding to patient concerns and questions clearly and confidently, while showing empathy
