You will have a clinical commitment which will include OPD, theatre and on call commitments, with the intention of splitting your time between clinical (40%) and educational (60%) activity.Your educational commitment is likely to include: o Undertaking educational projects with the Surgical Division and College Tutorso Undertaking projects relating to technical skills simulation and multiprofessional simulation with the intention of achieving presentations at national conferenceso Work with the consultant body to develop local facultyo Undertake teaching sessions for Foundation and Core traineeso Continue to organise virtual teaching and journal club session
