Description NuTeeth Dental Specialists in Richardson is growing and we need a skilled Surgical RDA to keep up with demand. We are a specialty practice focused on dental implants, All-on-X, dentures, and oral surgery — and we need someone who knows their way around a surgical suite and takes pride in delivering a seamless experience for every patient. What You Will Do Provide expert chairside assistance during implant surgeries, All-on-X cases, extractions, and other oral surgical procedures Set up and break down surgical operatories with precision and efficiency Take and process CBCT scans, digital X-rays, and intraoral images as needed Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and maintain a fully compliant clinical environment Ensure patient comfort and safety from pre-op through post-op Verify that all medical clearances are in place prior to surgery Document clinical notes accurately after each case Communicate clearly with patients about surgical prep, post-op care, and follow-up Collaborate with the lab and surgical team on case coordination and scheduling What We Are Looking For Active Texas RDA license required Minimum 2 years of surgical or specialty dental assisting experience required Implant assisting experience strongly preferred Familiar with CBCT equipment and digital imaging systems Detail-oriented with strong organizational and clinical skills Dependable, professional, and able to stay composed in a busy surgical setting Genuinely passionate about patient care and clinical excellence What We Offer Competitive pay Health and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays State-of-the-art specialty practice environment Collaborative team with strong clinical leadership Opportunity to grow with a multi-location dental organization
