Skills and Qualifications: - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. - Proven experience in surgical or perioperative nursing preferred. - Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and patient safety protocols. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and as part of a multidisciplinary team. - Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to patient care. - BLS and ACLS certification required; additional certifications in perioperative nursing (CNOR) are a plus.
