Nurse Manager – Surgical Services Location: Arlington, TX Schedule: Full-time | Mixed Shifts | Rotating Weekends Salary Range: $84,843 – $127,275 annually (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 Relocation Assistance: Available case-by-case Overview: A full-service healthcare facility in Arlington is hiring a Nurse Manager of Surgical Services to lead its Operating Room (OR) team. This role is ideal for an experienced OR nurse leader with strong clinical knowledge in surgical nursing and a passion for excellence in patient care and operational efficiency.
