Position Overview As a Surgical Supply Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our surgical teams have the materials and equipment they need to provide outstanding patient care. This position supports the Operating Rooms (ORs), Pre-Op, PACU, and Endoscopy areas by managing inventory, stocking supplies, and assisting with surgical case preparation. What You’ll Do Inventory Management: Take inventory and verify accuracy of surgical supplies Conduct daily and annual audits Manage product recalls and outdates Supply Distribution: Fill requisitions and keep surgical areas stocked Pull cases for surgery and assist with other department needs Compliance & Communication: Assist with purchasing procedures and data entry Attend department meetings and training sessions Requirements What We’re Looking For Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively Computer literacy (MS Office, email) and 10-key proficiency High school diploma or GED required; experience in inventory or healthcare preferred Physical ability to lift 30 lbs regularly and 50+ lbs occasionally
