Schedule: PRN Shift: Day; Mon-Friday 7 am- 7 pm Location: 2525 S DOWNING ST, Denver, 80210 The role you’ll contribute: Responsible for assisting with patient care in surgery by performing technical and delegated duties under general supervision. This position functions as a member of the surgical team, providing care to patients of various age groups from neonate to geriatric. This position actively participates in delivering outstanding customer service. Additionally, this role maintains respectful relationships with all individuals involved in patient care. The value you’ll bring to the team: Anticipates the needs of the surgeon and keeps the circulating nurse informed throughout a procedure. Assembles all necessary supplies, equipment, and medications prior to the procedure. Maintains high standards and quality in facilitating cost savings and containment. Assists the team with safe and efficient operating room turnover times and directs ancillary personnel during room turnover The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: Required qualifications: High School Grad or Equiv Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Preferred qualifications: Technical/Vocational School in Surg Tech program Associates degree 1+ Work Experience
