Description

We’re seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist for an exciting travel (or local) assignment in Utica, NY. This role offers the chance to work in a high-acuity surgical environment with advanced technology and a diverse patient population Position Description Start Date: June 15 Shift: 4x10s (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) On-Call: Required Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend per month Setting: Operating Room (General, Robotic, OR level care) Patient Population: Pediatric through Adult Equipment: DaVinci Surgical Robot EMR System: Epic Must be a Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA or NCCT, or grandfathered based on experience) Minimum 2+ years of experience required Strong scrub experience required Trauma experience required Neuro experience required BLS certification required Competitive pay (travel and local rates available) Opportunity to work with advanced robotic surgical technology Exposure to a wide range of surgical cases including trauma and neuro Collaborative surgical team environment Gain experience across diverse patient populations and procedures

Responsibilities

The surgical technologist will assist in high-acuity surgical procedures, including trauma and neuro cases, within an operating room environment.
