We are always seeking great people who aren't just searching for a job but looking to make a difference. We are seeking a full-time RN for our St. Lucy's Surgery Center at Port Charlotte, FL. The RN is cross trained to be competent in all areas of the center, including pre-op, post-op, and circulator. *Overtime may be required. We are seeking a certified surgical technician to join our team and assist with surgical procedures. The successful candidate will have a great eye for detail, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. Responsibilities: Prepare operating rooms for surgery and maintain a sterile environment Assist surgeons during surgical procedures and anticipate their needs Prepare and handle surgical instruments and equipment Monitor patient vital signs during surgery Manage and dispose of surgical waste and material Coordinate with other medical staff to ensure quality patient care Requirements Completion of an accredited surgical technician program preferred Certification as a surgical technician (CST) preferred Knowledge of surgical instruments and techniques Understanding of surgical procedures and protocols Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call shifts If you are a team player with a passion for the medical field and a commitment to patient care, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
