Required Qualifications: * Coursework/Training - Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist training program – Surgical Technology or, * Coursework/Training - Successfully completing a Providence in-house training program and obtain the relevant state license/certification. * Washington Surgical Technologist Registration upon hire. * National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
