Required Qualifications: * Coursework/Training: Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist training program – Surgical Technology, Or * Coursework/Training: Successfully completing a Providence in-house training program and obtain the relevant state license/certification. * Upon hire: Washington Surgical Technologist Registration. * Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
