Requirements What We’re Looking For Patient-focused mindset with compassion for the senior community Strong teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills Attention to detail and excellent organization Basic knowledge of medical terminology and sterile technique Comfort using Microsoft Office or G-Suite Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent One (1) year of ophthalmic assistant experience preferred Current CPR/AED certification required (ACLS preferred; training provided during orientation) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $21 – $38/hour Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Robust ancillary benefits 401(k) with employer contribution Company-paid life insurance Generous PTO and paid holidays Equal Employment Opportunity employer
