Description Heartline Staffing, strategic talent partners with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist II to support a high-performing Cardiac Catheterization Lab. This role plays a vital part in assisting physicians and clinical teams during cardiovascular and interventional procedures. The Surgical Technologist II supports Cath Lab operations by maintaining sterile technique, preparing procedural equipment, assisting with instrumentation, and ensuring patient safety throughout invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, technologically advanced environment with strong leadership support and professional growth opportunities. Schedule: Monday through Friday Day shift On-call responsibilities required Compensation: Hourly pay ranges from $23.97 to $35.96 based on experience. Sign-on bonus available up to $20,000 for experienced candidates. Requirements Education: - High school diploma or equivalent - Graduate of an approved Surgical Technology Program or approved military surgical technologist training Licensure and Certification: - Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required - Eligible for registration with the Virginia Department of Health Professions - AHA BLS-HCP certification required Experience: - Cath Lab or cardiovascular procedural experience preferred Other Qualifications: - Ability to complete structured orientation and competency validation - Strong sterile technique and procedural support skills Heartline Staffing is a Strategic Talent Partner with Purple Cow Recruiting.
