Position Summary:  Join Leon Medical Centers as a Certified Surgical Technologist and play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality surgical care. You’ll help create a sterile, organized environment and assist surgeons throughout every stage of the procedure. Responsibilities: * Prepare and maintain the operating room and sterile field. * Position and drape patients for surgery with care. * Assist the surgical team with instruments, supplies, and medications. * Track instruments and maintain accurate documentation. * Communicate with anesthesia and recovery teams for smooth transitions. Qualifications Requirements: * Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification. * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist * Expertise in the theory and application of sterile and aseptic technique. * Knowledge of human anatomy and surgical procedures. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong communication and teamwork skills.
