This position welcomes candidates who are eager to learn, and training will be provided, with a starting rate at the lower end of the pay range. Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for the higher end of the range. Responsibilities: Process and sterilize instruments to the highest standards. Assist and handle the instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure. Gain an understanding of the procedures being performed and anticipate the needs of the surgeon. Ensure quality patient care during the operative procedure and function cooperatively with physicians and staff, demonstrating teamwork. Maintain the highest standard of sterile technique and vigilance of the sterile field during the surgical procedure. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Knowledge of Microsoft Office Windows or G-Suite Effectively work in a team environment.
