USPI Durango Outpatient Surgery Center is hiring a Full Time- Surgical Technologist. Durango Outpatient Surgery Center is a fast-paced Ambulatory Surgery Center committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families. We have 5 operating rooms offering a full range of surgical procedures including: Bariatrics, Colorectal, General Surgery/Robotics, GI, OB/Gynecology, Sports Medicine, Orthopedic, Pain Management, Podiatry, and Spine. What You Will Do (Job Summary): The Surgical Technologist scrubs for surgical procedures and demonstrates competence while functioning as a member of the surgical team. Maintains a sterile field during surgical procedures. Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment related to these procedures. Supports the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center. Supports and participates in quality improvement activities. Monday-Friday work schedule NO call required NO Nights, NO Weekends, NO Holiday work hours The regular work schedule for this position consists of variable hours, Monday through Friday, during the day shift. Specific start and end times may vary based on operational needs, but the role is generally expected to be performed within standard daytime business hours. Flexibility in scheduling is required to ensure adequate coverage and support for departmental operations.
