CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT - INTERIOR WORK – MULTI-STOREY RESIDENTIAL

We are building a large apartment complex in Laval requiring a 2nd superintendent for interior work.

Job responsibilities for the position are as follows:

Experience:

• Construction: 5 years (required

1. Monitoring the schedule, ensuring conformance
2. Coordination of work:
3. Supply of materials and equipment:
4. Communication with the project manager:
5. Responsibility for health and safety on the site:
6. Quality control:
7. General:
   a. Open and secure the site every morning and evening - as required
   b. Complete all required reports.
   c. Weekend work as needed
   Experience:
   · minimum 5 years
   · Experience with finishing in a multi-story construction residential use.
   Skills:
8. Comfortable with computers, good knowledge of Microsoft Office
9. Strong technical understanding of construction
10. Knowledge of interior finishing
11. Good communication skills
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $100,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
