Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.   About the Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Surveillance Agent to join the resort’s Surveillance team. The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: * Continuously monitor gaming and count room operations to detect and prevent cheating, theft, collusion, and other suspicious activities. Employ advanced surveillance technology and investigative techniques to ensure all games are conducted with the utmost fairness and security. * Evaluate player behaviors, betting patterns, and game participation. Identify advantage play, team play, or suspect correlations that may impact game integrity. Generate detailed reports and analyses based on observations for further review by management. * Maintain heightened vigilance in high limit areas. * Report and document incidents such as disputes, thefts, or policy violations. Coordinate with security, regulators and management as required, ensuring swift and appropriate action is taken. * Work closely with gaming operations, security, and fellow surveillance staff. Participate in ongoing training, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives to uphold a collaborative and supportive culture. * Ensure that all surveillance operations adhere to regulations as well as internal policies. Support audits and regulatory inspections as necessary. * Maintain comprehensive logs and write clear, concise incident summaries. Communicate findings and recommendations to management and regulatory bodies when required. * Operate complex CCTV and digital surveillance equipment efficiently. Stay current with new technologies, best practices, and emerging threats in the gaming industry. * Must maintain a high level of confidentiality. * Adhere to company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. This also includes holding the team accountable to company policies and procedures.   About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: * Sound understanding of game protection principles. Must understand all gaming games and advantage play opportunities. * Sound understanding of gaming operations and all gaming equipment. * Sound understanding of gaming mathematics. * Strong organizational skills and must possess the ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management and other members of the Surveillance department. * Follow instructions and be able to work independently as well as perform in a team environment. * Knowledge of all regulations. * Ability to professionally read, write and speak English. * Good computer skills with knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office. * Demonstrated ability to notice subtle irregularities, analyse complex situations, and keep meticulous records. * Proven track record of remaining calm and decisive in high-pressure, fast-paced scenarios. Ability to multitask and prioritize under demanding conditions. * Willingness to support and learn from teammates. Success is measured not only by individual vigilance but by the shared achievements of the surveillance team. * High ethical standards, discretion, and a commitment to confidentiality and impartiality in all surveillance activities. * Capacity to interpret data, assess risk, and recommend action based on logical analysis and sound judgment. * Familiarity with digital surveillance systems, incident management software, and standard office applications. * Willingness to embrace change, learn new systems, and respond to the evolving needs of a culture-driven, entertainment-centric workplace. * 2 years of experience in gaming surveillance is required. *In lieu of gaming experience, those that can demonstrate a strong mathematical competency or have 3 years of prior experience in data evaluation as it applies to investigations will be considered. * High School Diploma is required. * Minimum age 21. * Majority of work will be done in an office environment.
