Below, is a brief overview of the duties:

  • Observes and monitors surveillance feeds and conducts video review of incidents.
  • Creates evidence files of video recordings upon request;
  • Ensures policies and procedures are followed and reports irregularities and infractions to supervisor; and
  • Ensures proper functioning of CCTV equipment.

Have you got what we need?

  • Be of legal age to work in our casino;
  • Valid Surveillance Operator Certification and/or experience in the casino industry is preferred;
  • Previous training in risk management or loss control functions is considered an asset;
  • Intermediate knowledge of all Microsoft office programs (word, excel, outlook);
  • Ability to modify pictures and edit media using programs like Microsoft Paint; and
  • Good report writing and typing skills.
