The Surveillance Digital Technician reports directly to the Senior Surveillance Technician and holds the day-to-day responsibility for efficient and effective operation of the Asset Protection systems and technology. The successful applicant will assist in guiding the team toward achieving all departmental and company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver the most efficient and effective use of current and emerging surveillance and security equipment.
- Assist with projects and ensure they are completed within agreed timeframes and costs.
- Assist with external contractors ensuring the provision of service meets company compliance standards and departmental objectives.
- Evaluate, develop and implement operating techniques in order to maximise and maintain efficiency.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures ensuring integrity of the operation and quality service standards are maintained.
