Description Responsible for providing and maintaining a covert and proactive Surveillance operation which protects and enhances the overall operations of the company. Perform all duties in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Requirements Complete reviews and observations in a timely manner with accuracy. Daily Log entries and reports are to be precise including who, what, when, where and why. Detect and report any illegal or unusual activities to the surveillance manager and/or shift supervisor. Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies. Perform other duties as assigned. Must respond calmly in crisis and highly stressful situations. Must work independently and in a group. Must distinguish colors and/or markings. Conduct clandestine surveillance of overall casino and slot operations, cashiers cage, count activities, etc. Ensure adherence to and perform all duties as required by departmental manual, standards and procedures. Operate closed circuit television, video recording devices, remote control devices, and computers using MS Word and Excel. Thorough knowledge of gaming regulations, casino games and house gaming rules. Proactively notify management of any gaming, procedural and policy violations. Demonstrate impartiality and confidentiality of all actions and behaviors observed. Maintain visual attention and mental concentration for significant periods of time.
