PURPOSE Maintain the integrity of the Casino and Hotel's gaming operations through effective CCTV monitoring and investigation of the casino’s activities on a per-shift basis. Notify casino and hotel management of non-compliance with regulations, internal controls, and rules of the games as well as when integrity of assets are compromised. Report violations and remedial measures taken. Cooperate with Casino & Hotel when surveillance coverage is required. SUPERVISORY SCOPE Senior Surveillance Agent Surveillance Agent ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the per-shift operations of the surveillance system including: monitoring for the compliance with regulations, internal controls, and rules of the games. Monitoring for integrity of assets being compromised. Notifying the Surveillance Director of violations or assets being compromised and documenting violations and remedial measures taken. Maintain positive relationships with Casino & Hotel management while notifying them of violations or when assets are compromised with supportive reasoning. Cooperate with Casino & Hotel when surveillance coverage or assistance is required or requested. Evaluate and develop operators Assist in the maintenance of the CCTV system Other duties as assigned Requirements Education and Experience: Two (2) year degree with three (3) year’s comparable supervisory experience or five (5) years of comparable supervisory experience Three (3) years of casino surveillance experience Any combination of education and experience that clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the job duties of the position. Skills and Abilities: Proven ability of: casino fraudulent crimes, how to detect such crimes, and how to document court admissible evidence of such crimes Proven ability to learn how to operate and extremely complex CCTV system Proven ability of developing and maintaining excellent relationships with the various business units within gaming operations PREFERRED Education and Experience: Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel Career Development Track Series completion. Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
