DESCRIPTION

Vector Geomatics Land Surveying Ltd. is a locally owned and operated professional land surveying company in Alberta & BC, which provides a wide range of professional land surveying services in the municipal, oil and gas, development, and public sector. We are currently looking for a motivated, independent, and organized person with excellent communication skills to join our team.
Vector Geomatics has an immediate full-time position available for a Survey Assistant based in our Chilliwack office.

Skills and Qualifications

• Must be punctual and a hard worker
• Willing to travel and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to learn new technologies, follow instructions, and contribute ideas
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s license
• Previous surveying experience or technical studies in Geomatics is considered an asset
• Valid certification in Occupational First Aid is considered an asse

The candidate will assist a field crew for municipal, engineering, topographic, and legal surveys
