Job Title: Survey Booking Coordinator
Location: Sleaford (Office Based with Some Remote Working)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: £12.21 – £14.00 per hour + Bonus Scheme

We are now looking for a confident and motivated individual to join our office team and help keep our sales process running smoothly.

THE ROLE

You’ll be speaking to customers who have enquired about our services, introducing our company, and booking surveys for our sales team. Most of your day will be spent on the phone, following up leads, answering questions, and making sure our salesperson’s diary is well-organised and full. While this is primarily an office-based role in Sleaford, there will be some flexibility for remote working once fully trained.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Call new and existing leads to discuss their enquiry
• Build rapport and explain our services in a friendly, professional way
• Book surveys and manage the salesperson’s diary
• Confirm appointments with customers to reduce cancellations
• Keep customer details and call notes up to date in our CRM system
