You will work in a flexible work environment with a fantastic culture and a national presence. We are looking for Survey Technicians who have experience with FDOT District 4 and 6 who are interested in being subject matter experts in land development, renewable energy, and construction projects. Resourceful Support: Act as a valuable resource for design staff, guiding drafting practices and procedures. CAD Proficiency: Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software to complete assignments, ensuring they align with Atwell's standards. Drawing Production: Generate various drawings specific to projects, including ALTA, Final Plats, Maps of Dedication, construction layouts, and construction staking. Survey Data Analysis: Review project survey data to analyze existing site conditions, considering factors like legal descriptions, ALTA Surveys, easement documents, and condo documents. Plan Modification: Responsibly edit and modify plans in line with revisions from agencies, municipalities, and clients, following directives closely. Workflow Coordination: Maintain open communication with Project Managers and Team Leaders regarding workflow status, ensuring the team meets chargeability goals. Qualifications: Must have experience with FDOT District 4 and 6 Previous AutoCAD Civil 3D Experience Preferred Experience with Trimble Business Center (TBC) Preferred High School Diploma Required, Associated Degree Preferred Thorough understanding of Altas, Topo's, Boundaries, and Construction Staking Disclaimer While AI tools may support your application process, this role is built on human talent.
