As an Associate, Survey Delivery & Innovation, you will be a vital member of the team, supporting the execution and delivery of high-quality B2B survey projects. This role focuses on developing foundational skills in survey science, programming, data quality, and visualization by directly contributing to client-facing deliverables. Role Scope 1. Survey Design Apply survey science principles to support the research and deliverable needs of consulting, private equity, and hedge fund clients. Provide value-add advisory on best practices in survey design, anticipating and addressing client requirements. 2. Survey Programming Execute the delivery of survey programming efforts, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and technical standards. Ensure programming delivery aligns with our Client Service Team culture of high quality and responsive client service. 3. Data Visualization Execute Survey Visualization efforts, creating insightful, easy-to-consume reporting deliverables from survey datasets. 4. Data Quality Control Execute and contribute to Survey Quality Control activities, including basic data review, respondent quality checks, and following established processes to elevate the overall quality of deliverables. 5. Commercial Delivery Act as the technical link between client research goals and programming needs, ensuring the survey design delivers the most effective research outcomes. Contribute to commercial objectives by translating client needs into specific, value-added product solutions. You will further develop a range of advanced, marketable business skills in this role: Market Research Skills: Develop proficiency in survey design and programming basics by supporting complex client projects. Data Analysis & Visualization: Develop strong analysis and visualization skills and techniques for intricate data sets. Project Management: Effectively manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and support project stakeholders on diverse projects. Commercial Acumen: Manage 10+ projects per month, developing a strong understanding of commercial impact and project delivery within global industries. Requirements Typically, 0-2 years of relevant work experience. Bachelor's degree or higher. Fluency in English is a must.
