Position Summary
The primary role involves responsibilities related to preparing, testing, installing, operating, monitoring, and maintaining airborne survey sensors. The position assists the airborne team in planning deployments, and organising the mobilisation of equipment and supplies, as well as post deployment review of activities for improvements.
Provides support in areas such as production, operations and maintenance to surveyors, sensor operators and processors for data acquisition and interpretation. Executes operations in the field (onshore and offshore, e.g. on aircraft and/or vessels and other in situ testing).
Operates, maintains, and supports Fugro’s aerial sensors and supporting equipment. Ensures that components are operational to conduct acquisition in accordance with the project deliverable and applicable regulations.
The position will also include providing technical support to Fugro’s vessel operations as and when required.
