MORRIS & RITCHIE ASSOCIATES, INC. (MRA) is currently seeking a Survey Field Technician / Helper for our Towson, MD office. This position assists the Survey Crew Chief with boundary, topographic, and construction surveys. Position requires the ability to carry up to 50 pounds and someone who enjoys working outdoors. An understanding of construction plans and stakeout techniques is preferred but not required. Office Address: 1220-B East Joppa Road, Suite 400K, Towson, MD 21286 What You'll Do: Lead and guide survey efforts, providing solutions for complex tasks and supporting less experienced staff. Draft and prepare survey maps, as-built drawings, surface models, and lot grading plans. Research independently and ensure compliance with company CADD standard Prepare boundary, subdivision, and easement plats. Process topographic and location surveys. Assist with cut sheets, grade sheets, and surface models. Organize and create survey exhibits. Prepare and deliver survey data for field crews.
