Does this sound interesting to you? What You’ll Do Help shape and expand one of our delivery verticals by implementing innovative processes and technology enhancements. Manage a robust portfolio of clients, ensuring the high-quality delivery of survey projects that meet their research objectives. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design surveys that provide valuable insights. Lead initiatives focused on internal automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Identify opportunities for product adjustments to better satisfy client needs. Work closely with Software Engineering, Account Management, Sales, Compliance, and International teams to foster client engagement and growth. Who You Are Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a strong academic background. 1.5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, expert networks or a similar role. Experience working with surveys in any capacity is a plus. Proficiency in Python or other programming languages is a plus. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. Mature, self-assured, presentable, humble, and confident.
