JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualifications: Minimum Diploma (preferably a Degree) in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
  • EXPERIENCE:1–2 years of experience in managing or supporting survey operations and statistical processesPrior experience as a survey interviewer is an advantage
  • KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Understanding of survey sampling methodology and survey tool design concepts is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
Responsibilities
  • Survey Operations: Conduct data collection via phone and face-to-face interviews. Ensure a smooth, professional survey experience to maintain high response rates and positive respondent engagement.
  • Strategy Development: Design and implement strategies to encourage online survey participation, thereby reducing reliance on face-to-face interviews and improving operational efficiency.
  • Questionnaire Design: Apply modern survey design techniques to develop questionnaires that align with organizational goals, leveraging technology to enhance user experience and data accuracy.
  • Sampling Methodology: Use advanced sampling methods to ensure representative data while minimizing public survey fatigue.
  • Data Quality & Analytics: Use analytical tools to validate and verify the quality of collected survey data. Explore alternative data sources and apply imputation techniques to manage incomplete datasets.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze survey findings and generate clear, actionable insights. Present results through engaging data visualizations for stakeholders.
  • Dissemination Strategy: Develop strategies to raise awareness and drive usage of statistical products across various societal segments, ensuring the outputs meet diverse user needs.
