JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Survey Project Manager to lead and oversee a variety of land surveying and mapping projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing field crews, coordinating with clients, ensuring the quality and accuracy of deliverables, and maintaining project timelines and budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license.
  • 5+ years of experience in land surveying, including 2+ years in a project management role.
  • Strong knowledge of boundary, topographic, and construction surveying.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, GPS, total stations, and related software/equipment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with GIS, drone (UAV) mapping, or LiDAR.
  • Knowledge of local zoning and permitting regulations.
  • Experience working with DOT or large-scale infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
