Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A SURVEY TECHNICIAN

  • Process, organize and analyze survey field data using Leica Infinity.
  • Create and update precise maps, plans, and legal descriptions using AutoCAD Civil 3D to ensure accurate surveys and boundary determinations.
  • Research and analyze land records, deeds, and survey maps to ensure precise, reliable survey results.
  • Contribute to technical reports and documentation that ensure accuracy and support project goals
  • Perform key mathematical computations to assist in plotting features and boundary lines.
  • Develop trusted client relationships that strengthen client satisfaction and project success.
  • Monitor projects for regulatory adherence and update the Project Surveyor.
  • Implement innovative survey solutions that enhance project outcomes for internal and external clients.
  • Assist field crews as needed operating Leica total stations, GPS, and scanning equipment.
