Kickstart your career in surveying with Spiire’s Survey Cadetship! Designed to run alongside a Bachelor of Surveying (Honours), this program lets you earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience as part of our Survey team while completing your degree remotely. You’ll receive mentoring from experienced surveyors, access to cutting-edge technology, and the opportunity to contribute to real land development projects, all while working close to home.

About the opportunity
The Spiire Survey Cadetship will see you making a difference in the work you deliver. This role gives you the chance to use your skills to contribute to the growth and development of Albury communities, while being afforded the career development opportunities of a large, dynamic and privately-owned company. Throughout our Cadetship you’ll get to:
Assist with field and office work under the guidance of a field party surveyor
Utilize the latest technology to ensure project success, such as drones, laser scanners and GPS
Assist with project administration such as scheduling, and report preparation
Problem solve complex mathematical challenges, delivering great solutions for our clients
Strengthen your communication through gaining exposure to stakeholders such as developers, contractors, construction teams, local authorities and councils
