· Search legal records, survey records, and land titles in order to obtain information about property boundaries in areas to be surveyed. · Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites. · Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project team and other project participants to provide controlling the actual information. · Prepare/ review quantity survey Associated with internal and external invoices. · Liaising with local authorities, owners, subcontractors. Maintain project documentation & TOP. · Bachelors of degree. · Report writing and business and technical correspondence. · Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills · Data Analysis. · Teamwork. · Related Field Experience: 3 – 5 years

Responsibilities

The Surveying Senior Specialist is responsible for searching legal and survey records to obtain property boundary information and verifying the accuracy of survey data. They will also communicate effectively with project teams and prepare quantity surveys related to invoices.
