· Search legal records, survey records, and land titles in order to obtain information about property boundaries in areas to be surveyed. · Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites. · Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project team and other project participants to provide controlling the actual information. · Prepare/ review quantity survey Associated with internal and external invoices. · Liaising with local authorities, owners, subcontractors. Maintain project documentation & TOP. · Bachelors’ degree · Report writing and business and technical correspondence. · Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills · Data Analysis. · Teamwork. · Conflict resolution. Related Field Experience: 01 – 03 years.

Responsibilities

The Surveying Specialist is responsible for searching legal and survey records to obtain property boundary information and verifying the accuracy of survey data. They will also prepare and review quantity surveys and liaise with local authorities and project participants.
