OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

Allnorth is currently seeking an experienced surveyor for local work on a variety of projects in the Kamloops / Kelowna / Interior BC region. You will work along side our team to conduct a broad range of field surveys including construction layout, topographic, volumetric, and legal. Attention to detail, able to work well with others, communication and organizational skills, willing to work outdoors in all seasons and all weather conditions, time management and a hard work ethic are essential qualifications for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting field surveys including legal, topographic, construction layout and as-builts.
  • Lead a field crew and prepare accurate field notes and sketches
  • Interpret legal and construction plans to execute field work
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures ensuring a safe work environment and promoting a safety culture
  • Communicate with Project Managers, Land Surveyors and clients
  • Willingness to work in either field or office settings in any type of BC weather and able to complete field reports in a timely and accurate manner
