WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST FUNDS CURRENTLY UNDERGOING A SIGNIFICANT MERGER, IT’S A DYNAMIC ROLE WITHIN AN EVOLVING CLIENT STRUCTURE – IDEAL FOR SOMEONE LOOKING TO STEP UP AND GAIN STRATEGIC EXPOSURE.YOU’LL BE WORKING CLOSELY WITH A DIRECTOR AND THE CLIENT TEAM, AND WILL PLAY A CENTRAL ROLE IN DELIVERING EXCEPTIONAL MANAGEMENT ACROSS A HIGH-PERFORMING INSTITUTIONAL ACCOUNT, WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE REAL OWNERSHIP FROM DAY ONE.ROLE OVERVIEW

  • Manage day-to-day operations across a portfolio of 40 commercial assets
  • Lead on lease compliance, tenant liaison, rent collection, and service charge budgeting
  • Oversee data accuracy, critical date management, and fund transition activity
  • Attend regular site inspections, occupier meetings, and client briefings
  • Collaborate with external FM providers and internal support teams
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting to institutional client standards
  • Assist with ESG initiatives, client platform reporting, and new instruction mobilisation

Candidate Requirements

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Salary: £45,000 – £50,000, dependent on experience
