Job Description Position Overview : We are hiring for the position of Surveyor – Cost Management Surveyor II to support cost planning, quantity surveying, and commercial management activities across infrastructure and construction projects. The role focuses on cost control, measurement, billing, and financial reporting to ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and detailed cost estimates based on drawings and specifications. • Monitor project costs and support cost control and budget management activities. • Measure work executed at site and certify contractor bills and running account bills. • Review contractor claims, variations, and change orders. • Assist in preparation of cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow statements. • Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and consultants on commercial matters. • Maintain accurate records of quantities, measurements, and financial documentation. • Support procurement and subcontractor evaluations from a cost perspective. • Ensure compliance with contract terms, specifications, and company cost management procedures. • Assist in final accounts preparation and project close-out activities. Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. • 4–7 years of experience in cost management or quantity surveying roles for infrastructure or building projects. • Good knowledge of measurement standards, BOQs, and contract administration. • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic cost management tools. Additional Information • Experience in infrastructure, highway, or large-scale construction projects. • Familiarity with contracts, billing procedures, and variation management. • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Willingness to work at site and travel as per project requirements.
