THE ROLE

As a Damp & Mould Surveyor, you’ll be at the forefront of diagnosing, estimating, and overseeing remedial works. From managing the technical and financial aspects of complex cases to working directly with clients, you’ll play a vital part in delivering quality outcomes for some of the UK’s most important housing projects.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Carry out detailed surveys of properties with damp, mould, or disrepair issues
• Prepare cost-effective and accurate estimates, with financial and contractual awareness
• Lead on-site evaluations and liaise with clients, residents, and operational teams
• Contribute to the operational success of complex projects from survey to completion
• Provide expert advice, recommendations, and reports in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain exceptional customer focus and communication throughout the process
• Support wider project delivery teams with technical insight and commercial input
