Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in conducting land surveys, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing accurate reports for various projects in the region. Conduct field surveys using advanced surveying equipment and techniques Collect, analyze, and interpret survey data to create detailed maps, plans, and reports Utilize GIS software to manage and process spatial data Perform boundary surveys and establish property lines Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on construction and development projects Ensure compliance with local land laws, regulations, and industry standards Maintain accurate records of all survey activities and findings Prepare comprehensive survey reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders Calibrate and maintain surveying equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability Stay updated on the latest surveying technologies and methodologies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field Professional certification from a recognized institution (e.g., RICS) is advantageous Minimum of 10 years of experience in land surveying or a related field Previous experience in the Middle East region is highly desirable Proficiency in surveying equipment, GIS software, and CAD applications Strong mathematical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders In-depth knowledge of surveying techniques, land laws, and industry standards Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in various outdoor conditions Physical stamina and ability to work in challenging terrains when required Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as needed Business Line: Transportation Type of contract: Fixed-term contract Service Line: Urban Transport and Urban Development Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: zz-DoNotUse-Digital, Information and Technology Profession: zz-DoNotUse-Contract management
