ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Specialist Surveyor to join our friendly team. The role includes carrying out surveys, specifying repairs, and working closely with contractors and clients.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Visiting properties to carry out condition surveys and defect inspections
• Preparing repair specifications and scopes of work (using NHF SOR or bespoke schedules)
• Writing reports, preparing cost estimates, and carrying out quality checks
• Monitoring contractor performance and ensuring works are completed to a high standard
• Keeping everything compliant with health & safety, CDM, and housing standards
• Providing technical advice and support to clients, residents, and colleagues
