Responsibilities

WHAT WILL I BE DOING IN MY NEW ROLE?

  • Collect geospatial data through mobile mapping equipment to generate accurate 3D models, point clouds, and maps.
  • Operate mobile mapping systems, including lidar, and GPS to capture accurate spatial data in various environments.
  • Undertaking various types of surveys sessions using a variety of specialised and exciting equipment and technology
  • Work with modern survey methods and survey devices such as total stations, GNSS, GPS and data collectors.
  • Record surveying information accurately and consistently on site to the agreed specification and scope
  • Process data from the field into the office, post processing with software, such as AutoCAD
  • Assist with detailed field and office surveying assignments.
  • Ensure that all survey kit is maintained and well kept.
  • Deliver to company policies, procedures, standards and best practices.
  • Any other duties as required by the business

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:

  • Full clean Irish/EU manual driving licence
  • Very good level of English (written, written, speaking)
  • Physically capable to carry out the role
  • Relevant Qualifications and/or relevant experience
  • Experience of working to high safety standards.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of role related post-processing software.
  • Strong technical knowledge.
  • Right to work in Ireland
  • Flexibility to travel nationwide/throughout Europe as required by our clients.
