POSITION OVERVIEW

The Lead Surveyor will oversee all project survey operations, from initial layout to as-built verification. This role requires knowledge of construction plans, elevations, and grading, as well as proficiency with survey tools and technology. The Lead Surveyor will work closely with Superintendents, Foreman, field crews, and other Survey Teams to ensure layout accuracy, identify potential conflicts, and maintain quality control throughout each phase of construction.
