Job Description About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Director, Valuations Surveyor to join our dynamic real estate team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate property valuations across a range of asset classes, supporting clients with market insights and compliance with professional standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct property valuations for residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets in line with RICS standards. Prepare detailed valuation reports for clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders. Undertake market research and analyse comparable evidence to support valuations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Irish property market trends and regulatory requirements. Complete complex valuation projects and portfolio reviews. Ensure compliance with company policies and professional ethics. Qualifications Education: Degree in Real Estate, Property Economics, or a related discipline. Professional Qualification: Completed APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) Experience: 5 years in property valuation or related surveying roles. Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and report-writing skills. Proficiency in MS Office and valuation software tools. Full clean driving license.
