The Role We are currently recruiting an experienced Window and Door Surveyor to support our operations. You will be responsible for surveying PVC-u, Aluminium, Wood-Aluminium, and Wooden window and door installations and ensuring a seamless handover to our manufacturing and installation teams. Responsibilities Attend customer sites to carry out full technical surveys and prepare precise drawings for manufacture. Discuss and confirm product specifications, designs, and choices with customers in line with the agreed contract. Liaise effectively with installation, processing, and sales departments to ensure accurate communication and workflow. Maintain clear, accurate, and organised records for all surveys. Identify any deviations from the original scope and communicate these to the sales team promptly. Demonstrate strong technical competence and full understanding of all relevant systems, components, and installation requirements. Upload all surveys to the CRM system, ensuring customer signatures and required documentation are complete. Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally. Schedule Monday to Friday Work Location In person, with regional travel as required. Position Requirements Proven experience within the fenestration industry. Previous professional surveying experience. Strong understanding of current UK Building Regulations. Methodical approach with a high level of accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid working knowledge of UPVC windows and the wider building industry. Experience Surveying windows and doors: 3 years minimum (essential) Licences & Certifications Full UK Driving Licence (essential) £45,000 - £60,000 depending on ability.
