JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking to hire sushi chefs and helpers to prepare sushi in accordance with food health and safety regulations and facility standards. There are two available shifts: 6 am to 2 pm and 11 am to 5 pm.
Free one meal provided.
The sushi chef’s responsibilities include preparing traditional Japanese sushi rice, chopping, slicing, and filleting various kinds of fish, and placing orders for supplies as needed.

Sushi Chef and handlers’ Requirements:

• Valid food handler’s license [easy to obtain!].
• Sound knowledge of food safety regulations [will be included in the trainings].
• Team player.
• The physical ability to stand for long hours.
• Time-management skills.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lb.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
