JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for dedicated and hard working individual to join our brand new Izakaya restaurant located in La Habra. We are looking for sushi chef as well as sushi helper.

• Prepare sushi and other Japanese dishes according to restaurant recipes and quality standards
• Ensure freshness and proper handling of all fish and ingredients
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
• Set up and stock sushi bar before service, and clean up after service
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers
• Follow food safety regulations and restaurant policies
• Provide a positive and respectful attitude with team members and guests
