We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a particular focus on sushi and Japanese cuisine. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for creating high-quality sushi dishes that meet our restaurant’s standards while ensuring food safety and exceptional presentation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment, specifically in sushi preparation or Japanese cuisine is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques.
• Excellent cooking skills with an emphasis on attention to detail in meal presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
